{"id":17,"date":"2007-03-09T16:57:20","date_gmt":"2007-03-09T21:57:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gamescheat.ca\/?p=17"},"modified":"2019-09-04T19:57:41","modified_gmt":"2019-09-05T00:57:41","slug":"bell-sympatico-business-internet-nightmare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.gamescheat.ca\/?p=17","title":{"rendered":"Bell Sympatico Business Internet Nightmare"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">My nightmare started over 6 months ago after I moved.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>I have had Bell Sympatico Business Internet for the past two years with the normal about of problems.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>But things took a bad turn when I moved.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>I called <city w:st=\"on\">\n<div style=\"float: right;\"><div style=\"margin: 15px 15px 15px 15px\";><script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\ngoogle_ad_client = \"pub-3319935785736004\";\ngoogle_alternate_color = \"FFFFFF\";\ngoogle_ad_width = 200;\ngoogle_ad_height = 200;\ngoogle_ad_format = \"200x200_as\";\ngoogle_ad_type = \"text_image\";\ngoogle_ad_channel =\"\";\ngoogle_color_border = \"cccccc\";\ngoogle_color_link = \"cc0000\";\ngoogle_color_bg = \"ffffff\";\ngoogle_color_text = \"000000\";\ngoogle_color_url = \"008000\";\n\/\/--><\/script>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\n  src=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\n<\/script><\/div><\/div><place w:st=\"on\">Bell<\/place><\/city> and requested for the migration of services to my new location, an order was placed.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>Three days after I moved, my internet high speed was still not delivered, I was told that they did not have parts in the box sitting on a street in my neighborhood.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>They would have to order the part and had no ETA.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>It took another 2 weeks and multiple calls before high speed internet DSL was delivered to my home.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Times New Roman\">\u00c2 <\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">I connected my DSL modem , the router to the line, and to my dismay it would not work. I called technical support and they informed me that the line was up.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>I was asked for my credentials in order to proceed with any support over the phone.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>I provided my postal code but was informed that I had the incorrect postal code.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>I insisted that I had received the postal code from the post office directly and it should be correct.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>Somehow <city w:st=\"on\">\n<place w:st=\"on\">Bell<\/place><\/city> had the wrong postal information in their system, the tech insisted that I provide the wrong postal code.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>I have no idea what they had in the system as that was incorrect.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>After much back and forth I decided a different approach,<span>\u00c2  <\/span>I asked the tech to confirm that I was entering the right userid and password into my router.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>I provided her the userid and password, she confirmed that I had the correct information.<span>\u00c2  <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">At this point any half intelligent person would know that I was indeed really the owner of the DSL circuit.<span>\u00c2  <\/span>But I was shocked when the tech again continued to insist that I provide the wrong postal code she had in the system.
